As a registered Biokineticist with degrees from NWU and WITS, Richard brings clinical expertise directly to your movement journey. Currently practicing full-time in Potchefstroom, South Africa, he has dedicated his career to understanding and solving the movement challenges created by our modern lifestyle.
Richard’s private practice experience has shown him that the majority of his clients’ pain stems from one primary source: reduced movement and function caused by sedentary lifestyles and office-bound work. This insight drives his holistic approach to addressing body imbalances through targeted muscle flexibility, activation, posture correction, and functional strength development.

With a Bachelor of Health Sciences (BHSc) in Sport Coaching and Human Movement Sciences from North West University Potchefstroom and NASM certification, he combines scientific knowledge with genuine passion for human potential.
